Gateways to Learning is the name of an ambitious and exciting new 2 million pound project, part-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF), which is being delivered through a ground-breaking partnership of five public and three academic library services in South East Wales. The aim of the project is to widen participation in lifelong learning and make it more accessible, particularly to people in disadvantaged communities or circumstances.
